Good morning everyone...
I've decided to eat all of my Weight Watcher Points this week.. I am trying to plan out my days with menus that will help me achieve this goal.
I received comments about eating the points especially when I'm working out. I will admit I was trying to not eat all my points because I thought less calories in more calories burned.. Gee that really did nothing for me as far as the scale goes.
So this week I'm going to follow the Weight Watchers plan properly.. Gee go figure.. Ha ha ...

I'm eating my steel cut oats this morning with fresh raspberries.. So yummy. I add water and milk and a touch of brown sugar.. Making it a 7 points plus breakfast... Good start to my day huh?
I got in tons of walking this weekend. I had a blast just going out by myself. Some times a little me time is in order on the weekends..
