Weekly Weigh In Feb,15 2013 and a new Weigh In Day...

  1. A loss is still a loss, I do get about only counting it when it's at least 1/2lb.
    You can't cheat the system, I know I've had a really 'bad' week in the past and 'got away' with it on the scales only for it to catch me up after a good week.
    I changed my tracking start day rather than my weigh in day, used to weigh in on a Thursday (so reset tracker on Friday) but if I got a good result on the scales Thursday then it was Friday and then it was the weekend, so realistically I was only following weight watchers Mon-Thurs.
    20lbs is fantastic though, good luck for Monday x
