Weekly Weigh In Feb,15,2012

Morning Everyone....

First off let me say thank you all for following my blog. You guys are great... I'm still going through oodles of spam comments on here. ARGGGG ...  I shall get my stuff together and answer your questions in a video again.

 I'm in the process of also moving the blog to help control all the spam. I had over 800 comments that were spam in the last 2 weeks ... yikes..

Moving on to my weigh in... I didn't lose anything but a .3. I know I'm suppose to add the little points as well but to be honest Ive never really done this. I only add the big number. If I was on a non digital scale I wouldn't of been able to add the point anyway really.  Do you guys add the points? Please let me know how you feel about this.

I'm reflecting on this past week. Well I ate right. I counted every point, I drank my water. I didn't however work out in a MODERATE way. I walked a lot and achieved activity points due to this. But I never got my heart pumping like I should of this week. So next week I'm going to make a concerted effort to improve on this. I still believe Weight Watchers is the right  WAY OF LIFE for me. I'm going to get there one day I'm sure of it.

  2. I count the little bits because every little helps and its how you know its accurate. Otherwise could be deceiving about how much you have lost/gained
