Weekly Weigh In Friday

Morning good people...

Well eating my points apparently did me good this week. Down 1 lb.. Considering my period is due in 3 days this is amazing.. I'm going to continue eating most of my points from now on. I had only about 3 points left most days this week. Tons better than before.

I've decided to finally just let the Weight Watchers plan work for me instead of me
trying to tinker here and tinker there and try to cheat etc by not following the plan.

I was listening to someone on YouTube saying that we want everything fast. And for sure weight loss is something I want fast.. I want results fast etc..

Weight loss is something that just isn't going to be fast I guess. And I've been told that for long term weight loss slow and steady is best.. So I'm going to relax.. I'm just going to go with it from now on.

On a non scale victory this week ...

You know when you wash your capris and they get all tight and you need to wear them for a little for loosen them up again? Well I put my freshly washed capris on yesterday and they were baggy.. Woot woot.. So neat to see and feel my clothing fitting different ..

  1. That is the best feeling in the world when freshly washed clothes are still too big! This is a great post - we want the weight ti disappear but the only way its going to stay gone is if we take it slow and steady! Keep up the great work x
