Monday Weigh In

Hello Guys

Well I've decided to change by weigh in to Friday.. Monday was a total pain in the butt. I decided I need at least one day to not worry about my points and use up  my activity points. I earned those points darn it!! 

Who knew a weigh in day was such a pain. So I did ok this week. I gained another 2 lbs after my last weigh in but this week I lost them. I feel happy about this but I'm still not at my mini goal.. It's 1 lb loss . That's all I need to be at it. Argggg 

This week I will get that pound gone if it kills me!!

Busy Week = No Planning

Hi guys...

It's been a crazy full week. I had a gain of 1 pound but I didn't get all worked up or anything over it. I had company here for over a week as well.

We had Birthday celebrations to plan, Mothers day celebrations to plan for my mom and I.  And lots of travel plans. I was only able to make breakfast for myself in the morning but every other meal was at a restaurant or it was a take out meal. I totally stayed within my range and I used up a few activity points on one glass of wine ( A HUGE ONE) and a salty Margareta.. Oh my word.. I haven't had a drink since starting WW over in September. Geesh..







I think the gain was due to the sodium in the meals I couldn't control. Salt and I have a bad relationship in deed.

I'm back on track now and things are normal again. I'm cooking again and making my menus for the week. And of course watching my salt intake.

I'm still on my bike most nights and love it. Its fantastic seeing all those activity points add up on a weekly basis...

Monday Weigh In

Morning guys...

Today I'm down .2 lbs.. Meh.. Not to thrilled but its not a again so I shall
Take it and go with it !!

Its been raining here for 4 days straight. I've been riding my bike and going for long walks in our malls.. I earned 35 activity points this last week and didn't use a single one.. A small victory for me as well.

Monday Weigh In

Hey everyone...

I forgot to post my weigh in for the 22nd and for this Monday that just went by.

Last Monday I gained 1 lb and this Monday I lost 2 lbs... So happy... Next week I'm hoping for a 2 lb loss which will bring me to a mini goal I've set for my self.

I'm so happy right now with my loss. I know I have lots more to go but I also know that this is doable now. I'm following the Weight Watchers plan and its working...

I've posted updates on my YouTube Channel . I'm still unable to post the videos on here from YouTube and its rather annoying to me. If you want find me on YouTube it's easy . The channel is the same name as this blog.. :)

Weight Watchers Chicken Burger Review

Hey all...




I got to try the new Weight Watchers Chicken Burgers and they rocked..

Each box has 8 chicken burgers. They were nicely shaped and a nice size. Each patty is 4 ounces and for one patty there is a 3 points plus value.

Took cook them I put mine in a non stick pan over medium heat . They were ready in no time and I only flipped them once. I cooked them to they had a internal temp of 165

The chicken burgers were moist and not at all what I expected. I must admit I thought I'd be biting into a dry chicken burger. Everyone in the house really liked them. They would be good even with out the bun like in a salad or wrapped in lettuce.

I will for sure be getting these again and have them in my freezer at the ready from now on. A nice change from my usual turkey burgers.

Give them a try I'm sure you won't be disappointed .
